Riviera Maya & Bacalar

Tulum above the Caribbean, Cobá above the jungle, cenote swims, and two nights on Bacalar’s Lake of Seven Colors.

4 Days / 3 Nights Price on Request Departures: Daily

Overview

Riviera Maya & Bacalar

This four-day route is the easiest entry point into the Yucatán — and one of the most visually striking. You move from the Caribbean coast through the jungle interior, swim in a cenote used by the ancient Maya, and end two nights on Bacalar’s extraordinary lagoon.

It runs daily from Cancún, fits comfortably into a long weekend, and works well as a pre- or post-retreat extension for guests joining the Fertility Reset in the Riviera Maya.

Day by Day

Itinerary

Day 1 Cancún → Tulum → Cobá

Morning pickup from Cancún. First stop: the Tulum clifftop ruins above the Caribbean — one of the most photographed Maya sites in Mexico. Afternoon: Cobá, deep in the jungle, where you climb a 42-metre pyramid for views across the tree canopy. Night in Bacalar.

Day 2 Bacalar — Lake of Seven Colors

A full day on Bacalar’s lagoon — named for the seven distinct shades of blue and green that shift with the light. Boat tour of the lagoon, visit to the pirate fort, and free time on the water. Second night in Bacalar.

Day 3 Bacalar → Cenote → Mérida

Morning: a cenote swim in a natural limestone sinkhole — cool, clear water used by the Maya for centuries. Afternoon drive northwest toward Mérida, Mexico’s most elegant colonial city.

Day 4 Mérida → Return

Morning walk through Mérida’s center — the Cathedral, the Paseo de Montejo, the central market. Afternoon transfer back to Cancún airport or hotel.
