Airport pickup at Cancún and the drive south. You settle in, then an evening welcome circle and a slow restorative yoga session to land.
Sunrise fertility yoga, a workshop on hormones and nutrition, your first Mayan abdominal massage, and a cacao ceremony after dark.
Breathwork at sunrise, then a session on conception nutrition and gut health. The afternoon is yours — swim a cenote, or take an optional consult with a partner fertility clinic. Sound healing closes the day.
The temazcal. A traditional Mexican sweat lodge run by a temazcalero — heat, darkness, and a structured release-and-renewal ritual. The turning point of the week for most people.
A mindset and visualisation workshop, a private one-to-one with your facilitator, and a meditation on the beach as the sun drops.
Closing circle. You leave with a written summary of your recommendations and a home ritual kit to keep the work going.
Couples get a dedicated Male Vitality & Fertility session, a shared temazcal, a couples cacao ceremony, and daily reconnection practices.
